Apartmány Latrán No. 43 offer comfortable extraordinary accommodation in the historical centre of the UNESCO heritage reservation, a stone’s throw from the castle of Český Krumlov and the area of Middle Age monasteries. Latrán No. 43 is a Renaissance building. Its history dates back to the 1570’s. The building’s façade is lavishly decorated with rose, eagle and lion sgraffiti. The owners and their origin refer to the townspeople and various craftworks, e.g. a rope-maker, a carpenter, a goldsmith, a bookbinder, or a brew master of a prince.
We offer a short-term accommodation, and a long-term accommodation for special price as well. We accommodate you in six sensitively renovated apartments with interiors uniting beauty of ancient and modern design. Each apartment has got a private toilette and bathroom with a shower stall and a hairdryer, a satellite television and a private locker. There is a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a kettle, a toaster, a glass-ceramic hob, and dishes for cooking, eating and drinking in every kitchen. Free Wi-Fi is available for our guests, complimentary top-quality sheets, towels, basic cosmetics and information set are in each apartment. For your safety, the hotel is monitored by video cameras and equipped with fire detectors. All the apartments and interior of the hotel are non-smoking. Any guest will be fined for smoking in the hotel (under fine of CZK 1000). It is a three-storey historical building without elevators. Breakfast is not included in the price, we are pleased to recommend you nice and close places for your breakfast anyway.
